The area is best explored by car, as the resort is not within practical walking distance to most amenities. Free covered parking is provided, but the garage has a 1.8 m height limit, which affects larger vehicles.

Room types range from studios (with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed) to one- and two-bedroom villas. all units are air-conditioned and include a seating area, a TV with cable channels, a tea and coffee maker, and a private, furnished balcony. Kitchens in larger suites provide a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher; studios have kitchenettes. Bathrooms all have a garden tub. A notable drawback is that most 2-bedroom units have only one bathroom, though some have two. The property is undergoing renovations, and while some rooms have been updated, many remain dated with older furniture and carpeting. Noise between floors and rooms, especially from road-facing units, has been noted. Light sleepers should request a room away from the main road and on a higher floor.

Splash's Poolside Bar & Grill is the main onsite dining option, offering American cuisine for lunch and dinner. However, it may close for periods (e.g., January 3 to February 24 for renovations) and has limited hours. No outside food or drink is allowed in the pool area. Breakfast is not provided on-site, and coffee is only available from in-room supplies, with no refills. Several restaurants and a grocery store are a short drive away, making self-catering a practical option for those staying in units with kitchens.

The main attraction is the 0.5 hectare pool area, including a large swimming pool, a separate kids' pool with waterslides, and hot tubs. Pool hours are 8:00 to 22:00; waterslides operate 9:00 to 17:00. The pool deck provides sun loungers and umbrellas, but chairs are in high demand. A fitness center is available (with reservation required at times). The Canyon Spa offers massages, facials, body treatments, and a sauna, by appointment. Additional leisure includes indoor basketball courts (also booking required) and on-site golf course.
