VALLEY INN, Phoenix

The motel is just 1 km from Phoenix Museum of History and 14 minutes on foot to Chase Field, making it a practical base for downtown events and stadium visits. Phoenix Art Museum is 3 km away. Free private parking on site removes the need to search for street spaces or pay for parking. A Circle K store is located directly across the street for quick purchases. The immediate area has a mix of nearby dining options within 0.5-1 km, including La Tolteca and Mrs White's Golden Rule Cafe. Car or rideshare is the most reliable way to move around the broader city, though the downtown zone is walkable for most daytime destinations.

Room types include double rooms configured with either one large bed or two beds; the single-bed option is approximately California-king size, offering generous sleeping space. Each room comes with a microwave, work desk, and a large full-body mirror. The decor and furniture are basic and older, with laminate flooring and tiled bathrooms that have been renovated in some units. Beds are reported as comfortable with high-quality mattresses, but pillows and blankets are minimal - typically one pillow per person and an extra sheet in place of a comforter. Rooms away from the road are quieter, as thin walls can transmit noise from neighbouring rooms and the street. Requesting a remote for the TV at check-in is recommended, as some units require one for full operation. The air conditioning works well when functional, but some units may need maintenance to perform at their best.
