PREMIER INNS TOLLESON, Phoenix

The property sits at 83rd Ave and McDowell Rd, placing it within a 12 km drive to Phoenix Raceway and 11 km to State Farm Stadium. Sky Harbor International Airport is 23 km away. Street noise from nearby roads can be significant, especially overnight, making rooms facing the street less suitable for light sleepers. The immediate area includes Dutch Bros, Waffle House, and a Mexican restaurant across the street-further dining options are a short drive along 75th Ave and McDowell. The location is practical for car-based travel and event access, but the surrounding area has a high level of foot traffic and security presence.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. All rooms include a private bathroom with free toiletries; some rooms are designated as smoking rooms. The property offers a single suite (contact hotel for details). The overall condition of rooms reflects an older, budget motel patched with inconsistent renovations. Typical issues include stained carpets, worn mattresses, scratched walls, broken fixtures, and poorly sealed doors that let in light and noise. Some units have been updated with fresher paint and working amenities, while others show significant wear. Room quality is highly variable; while some travellers find the space clean and the bed comfortable, others report cleanliness problems such as lingering smoke odour in non-smoking rooms, stained linens, and insufficient lighting.

The property does not serve breakfast or operate an in-house restaurant. A Mexican restaurant is located directly across the street. Additional quick-service dining options such as Dutch Bros, Waffle House, and Jack in the Box are within walking distance. A wider selection of restaurants can be found by driving a short distance to the intersection of 75th Ave and McDowell. A vending machine offering drinks and snacks is available on site.

The motel features an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub. The pool is not heated and operates on a seasonal basis-contact the property to confirm current availability. There is no fitness centre, spa, or wellness centre. The pool area can draw late-night activity, which may affect sleep for rooms facing it.
