VATICAN ITALIAN ROOMS, Rome

The guest house sits in the elegant Prati neighbourhood, one of Rome's safest and most walkable areas. The Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square are both less than 1 km away. Ottaviano Metro Station (Line A) is a 6-minute walk, and Lepanto is 9 minutes, making the Colosseum and city centre easily reachable without a car. Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, and the Tiber riverfront are within a pleasant walking distance. The area is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops, with a bus stop right outside for further connections. Rome Ciampino Airport is 17 km away.

Each double room is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and tea/coffee maker, allowing self-catering. The private bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and bidet (though some may not have a bidet). Rooms come with a flat-screen satellite TV, work desk, safe, and a wardrobe. The sleep setup is two single beds pushed together, which can create a hard seam in the middle. Road-facing rooms can be noisy, while the building's soundproofing is variable. The tiled floor and air conditioning are standard. The size and cleanliness vary between rooms, with some described as spacious and others as compact.

There is no breakfast served or restaurant at the property. A shared kitchen, equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, and basic utensils, is available for preparing meals. The surrounding streets of Prati have numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, offering Italian cuisine and pastries. A minimarket is also on-site for groceries. Guests wanting a quick morning coffee can find several cafés nearby.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The guest house features a lift, though a small ramp of stairs is present at the entrance. A paid shuttle service can be arranged for airport pick-up or drop-off. Luggage storage is possible from 10:00 until room readiness at 14:00. The shared kitchen is available for all guests. Additional amenities include a barber/beauty shop, minimarket, and a hairdresser. Cleaning is done upon request. The property uses self check-in with codes provided in advance; instructions are sent on the morning of arrival. Late check-in is accepted with prior notice.
