The guest house sits on a main avenue in the Prati district, a quiet and safe neighbourhood with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops within a 5-minute walk. Bus 70 stops directly outside the building and reaches the historic centre in about 15 minutes. The metro station Ottaviano (Line A) is a 10-minute walk and links to the Spanish Steps and Termini station. Stadio Olimpico is within half an hour's walk, making the location suitable for events. The area is well suited for exploring the Vatican area on foot, though central Rome attractions such as the Colosseum require a metro or bus ride of 30-40 minutes.

Breakfast is a simple continental offering included in the rate: a croissant, a ham-and-cheese toast, orange juice, and a choice of coffee, cappuccino, or tea. It is delivered to the room at a fixed time window. Options are limited and do not vary day to day; vegetarian alternatives are not available. Water refills are provided on request. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but the surrounding streets offer numerous cafés, pizzerias, and Italian restaurants within a 5-minute walk - including Cafe Blanc, Vino Bono Osteria, and Mordi Gourmet, all 0.5 km away. A coffee house is also available on site for additional purchases.

Wellness facilities are not present: there is no spa, swimming pool, or gym. Free walking tours and bike tours are offered as activities on site. Cycling is also possible (off-site), and the Prati district is pleasant for walking day trips. The area is well connected to green spaces and cultural sites such as the Vatican Gardens.
