Hotel Details

Location

In Rome's Prati quarter, this property is a 5-minute walk from Ottaviano Metro and 7 minutes from St. Peter's Square, on a major shopping street.
The location is on Via Cola di Rienzo, a lively avenue packed with shops, cafés, and restaurants. Numerous dining options such as Il Matriciano, Il Sorpasso, and Panino Divino are within a short walk. St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums are reachable on foot in under 10 minutes. The Ottaviano metro station provides direct connections to the historic centre, Termini station, and other landmarks. The area is safe and well-connected, making it easy to explore Rome without a car, especially given the lack of on-site parking. Public transport and walking are the most practical ways to get around.

Accommodation

Air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, and parquet floors. Some rooms have a terrace.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries, and parquet flooring. Some rooms include a balcony or terrace. A shared kitchen is available with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and free coffee/tea. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed on request. The property is housed in several buildings nearby, not all with a lift - important if stairs are a concern. The overall atmosphere is simple and functional, suited to travellers prioritising location over luxury.

Leisure

No spa, pool, or wellness facilities are available. The property features a terrace and a shared kitchen.
The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or wellness centre. Leisure amenities consist of a shared terrace with seating and tables, ideal for relaxing or al fresco dining, and a shared kitchen. The surrounding area offers sightseeing, shopping, and café culture, but dedicated wellness facilities are not part of the stay. Guests seeking a full wellness experience may need to look elsewhere.
