The apartments are located in a quiet residential area near the Vatican, with St. Peter's Square reachable in about 10 minutes on foot. Campo de' Fiori is 2 km away, and many of Rome's main attractions (Castel Sant'Angelo, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon) are within a 30-minute walk. San Pietro train station is close by, providing direct links to Termini station. The surrounding streets are well served by restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. While the area feels safe and peaceful at night, some side streets and the courtyard entrance can feel dark and quiet. The metro stop (Ottaviano) is about a 15-minute walk away.

St. Peter Sweets offers studios on the ground floor (ideal for couples or those avoiding stairs) and a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor without a lift. All units feature a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, microwave, and washer. The private bathroom has a shower and bidet, with hairdryer provided. Ground-floor rooms include a small private terrace. Bed sizes: one double bed in studios and two double beds in the larger apartment. Some guests have noted that while the apartments are functionally clean, the level of deep cleaning (dust, corners, occasional humidity or odour) can be inconsistent. Rooms are described as compact but well laid out for short stays. No rooms have a balcony.
