Spacious Three-Bedroom Apartment
The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, and a dining area. Each room offers garden and city views from the terrace and balcony. Beds are large with comfortable mattresses, and blackout curtains block street light. The bathroom includes a small shower; floor tiles can be cold in winter. Air conditioning and heating are provided.
Self-Catering Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and washing machine. A dining area and seating area are also available. Grocery deliveries can be arranged. There is no restaurant on site, but you can prepare your own meals using the provided cookware and utensils.
Quiet Garden Setting
The property sits in a quiet residential area with a secret garden visible from every window. A terrace and balcony overlook the greenery. Boating is available in the surrounding canals. The apartment is peaceful, though occasional foghorn sounds from distant ships may be heard.
Waterbus Access to Venice
The apartment is only reachable by waterbus (vaporetto). From the train station, it's a 30-minute ride. One stop from Piazza San Marco (about 5 minutes). A 72-hour waterbus pass costs about €45. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 17 km away. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged.
