This apartment sits in a lived-in neighbourhood away from the main tourist crowds, offering a more local feel. The Giardini and Arsenale vaporetto stops are about 7 minutes on foot, providing direct connections to San Marco, Murano, and the Alilaguna blue line to the airport (Alilaguna stop at Arsenale, about 11 minutes away). St. Mark's Square is a 12-20 minute walk, and the Biennale venues (Giardini and Arsenale) are immediately adjacent. The area is well supplied with bakeries, supermarkets, a fruit boat, pharmacies, and numerous restaurants within a few hundred metres.

Each unit features a living room with a seating area and flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a shower and bidet, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, and ironing facilities.
