VENEZIACENTOPERCENTO APARTMENTS & ROOMS, Venice

The accommodation is located in the quiet, local corner of central Venice, away from the heaviest tourist crowds yet within easy reach of the main landmarks. Via Garibaldi offers local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants just steps away. Santa Lucia Train Station is 3 km away. From Marco Polo Airport, take a boat shuttle to the center; the nearest water bus stops are Arsenale and Biennale, both under five minutes on foot. For those arriving from Treviso Airport, a bus to Piazzale Roma is needed, then switch to the water bus. The area is highly walkable; the Biennale gardens and the park along the waterfront are close by, making the location equally suitable for cultural visitors and those wanting a more residential Venetian experience.

The property manages apartments and rooms spread across different buildings on Via Garibaldi and nearby streets. Apartments feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, tea and coffee maker, and electric kettle. All units are air-conditioned and include heating, a private entrance, a seating/dining area, a wardrobe, and parquet or tiled floors. Bed configurations range from 1 to 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Some apartments offer a washing machine and a patio with outdoor dining. Rooms are available with either a private or shared bathroom (the shared bathroom is shared among a maximum of 3 rooms). Rooms with a French bed or twin beds are available. Units on the ground floor are available for those who prefer to avoid stairs; no lift is present in the buildings. Practicalities such as the lack of a balcony and the presence of portable air conditioning in some units (limited by Italian energy regulations) help set expectations accurately. The interiors are described as clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a more functional than luxurious feel.

Wi-Fi is free in public areas. Luggage storage is available at a cost of €6 per piece, useful for early arrivals or late departures. Laundry service can be arranged for an additional charge. The property offers express check-in/check-out and a private check-in/out service. For families, babysitting or child services can be booked at an extra charge, and cots are available on request. Pets are allowed on request with possible charges. Payment can be made via Visa, Maestro, CartaSi, or MasterCard. Safety features include key access to rooms, CCTV in common areas, and fire extinguishers. The property does not have a lift, so guests with mobility needs may wish to request a ground-floor unit.
