Playa del Carmen Beach can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes. The ADO International Bus Station is 2 km away, making regional connections straightforward. Street parking is available directly in front, with paid parquimeter hours (MXN $10 per hour) during the day and free parking overnight.

Each studio includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a private bathroom with free toiletries, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, mini-fridge, and basic kitchenware. Some rooms have a terrace. The bed setup is a single double or queen bed - studios accommodate two people but only with one bed. Rooms vary in layout: those near the technical room or hallway may experience noise from the boiler or other travelers. Some rooms have windows opening onto the internal corridor rather than the outside, which reduces natural light and requires keeping blinds drawn for privacy. The bathroom is private but water pressure can be weak, and the toilet paper should not be flushed. Overall, the studios are compact and functional rather than spacious, best suited for short stays or travelers who do not plan to cook extensively.

The best restaurants on Fifth Avenue are about a 10-minute walk away, and several cafés and convenience stores are steps from the door. For those who prefer to cook, the kitchenette does not include a frying pan or basic cookware for preparing hot meals.

The property provides free access to the swimming pools and rooftop areas of two partner hotels, Terrasse Playa del Carmen and Balkon Boutique Hotel, which also offer sea views. There is a free solarium and sun loungers or beach chairs on-site. Through an agreement with Martina Beach Club, guests receive free entry including one sun lounger per person; a minimum consumption of MXN $300 in food and drinks applies.
