VICOLO NAVONA, Rome

The apartment sits in the heart of Rome within easy walking distance of major sights: Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and the Vatican Museums are all reachable on foot within 20-30 minutes. Piazza Navona is just 5 minutes away. The surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafés, and gelaterias, including popular spots like Pizzeria Da Baffetto and Gelateria del Teatro. Multiple bus stops are within a few minutes' walk, providing direct routes to Termini station. Guests who arrive by car should note that no parking is available; the airport shuttle runs at an additional charge.

The apartment comprises a living room, one separate bedroom, and one bathroom with a shower and bidet. The bedroom has a double bed and the unit is designed exclusively for two adults (no sofa bed available). The apartment is fully air-conditioned, soundproofed, and features underfloor cooling from its below-ground position, keeping it quiet and comfortable even during hot weather. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and a coffee machine with welcome supplies. A washing machine, dressing area, and flat-screen TV are also provided. Windows face the interior corridor rather than the street, so there is no direct sunlight, but the bright artificial lighting and quiet, cool atmosphere suit travellers returning to rest between sightseeing.

For meals, the kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and basic pantry items such as oil, vinegar, and tea. Welcome breakfast provisions - including coffee capsules, bread, and jam - are often provided. The surrounding neighbourhood is packed with dining options: Pizzeria Da Baffetto, Ristorante Il Fico, and Risotteria Melotti Roma are all within a 5-minute walk. There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service in the apartment itself, making self-catering or eating out the default options.

The apartment does not offer wellness or fitness amenities. For leisure activities outside the property, a bowling centre is located off-site and requires an additional fee. The property's location in central Rome provides easy access to the city's historic sites, shopping streets, and cultural attractions, which are the primary forms of recreation for most stays.
