For longer distances, the paid airport shuttle (€50) offers direct access to Fiumicino and Ciampino. The location is ideal for those prioritising Vatican sights and metro access over central Rome attractions such as Campo de' Fiori or Piazza Navona, which are about 2 km away.

The guest house offers double, quadruple and suite rooms, all with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and tiled floors. A kitchenette with refrigerator and basic utensils is included in each room, alongside a flat-screen TV and a work desk. Some rooms feature a private terrace with a quiet street view; others share access to the sun terrace. Hypoallergenic bedding and free toiletries are provided. The suite includes a separate living room and spa bath. The building has a lift and soundproofed rooms. The accommodation feels clean and practical, though some rooms are compact, especially when accommodating three or more guests. The air conditioning is ducted; some units have limited temperature adjustment. Rooms facing adjacent apartments may have reduced natural light. The interior style is functional and dated in places, but the overall cleanliness and amenities make it suitable for short Vatican-focused stays.

Breakfast, priced at €1 per person per day, consists of packaged pastries, biscuits, yoghurt, juice, and individually wrapped items. Coffee capsules are provided (one per person per day). A shared microwave and kettle are available in the common breakfast area. The breakfast is intentionally light and sweet, suitable for a quick start before exploring. Guests preferring a more substantial or varied breakfast can easily purchase fresh items from the supermarkets and bakeries within 100 metres. Several restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias are located within a 2-minute walk, including Panino Divino, Amalfi Madre, and Old Bridge Gelateria. In-room breakfast can be arranged. Special diet menus are available on prior request.

The property's main leisure facility is a sun terrace with outdoor furniture, accessible to all guests. The terrace is described as pleasant for morning coffee or evening drinks. The suite includes a spa bath, which is a private in-room feature rather than a shared facility. There is no pool, gym, or spa beyond these. The outdoor area is best used during warmer months.
