It is about a 40-minute walk to the center of Cozumel, a 5-10 minute taxi ride, or a quick drive. There is no bus service, so a car, rental scooter, or buggy is recommended for exploring further. Several dive shops, restaurants (e.g., Blu Bistro Cafe, Chalos Antojitos Mexicanos & Seefood, Sharky's Pub), and a supermarket (Chedraui) are within walking distance. Stingray Beach and Tikila are also nearby. For a day at the beach, the rocky shore across the street provides access, while a sandy beach is a 10-minute drive north by car.

The hotel offers Superior Double Rooms with partial sea or garden views, spacious suites with separate living rooms and kitchenettes, and villas with full kitchens. Rooms with a balcony or terrace are available. While the rooms are spacious, the property and its furnishings show signs of aging. The superior rooms above the restaurant area can be affected by evening noise. Road-facing rooms on the ground floor can have considerable traffic noise.
