The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area of Brooklyn, with the D train at 9th Avenue and F train at Church Avenue both about 10-15 minutes on foot. From JFK airport, the hotel is a reasonable drive, making it a practical base for transit-savvy travellers. Nearby dining includes Scotto's Bakery, Ice Cream House, and Benny's Pizza, each within about 1 km. Free street parking is available, but it is limited to the area directly outside the hotel. For access to Manhattan or other parts of New York, taking the subway is the most efficient option.

The accommodation includes double rooms with one bed and quadruple rooms with two beds. All rooms have a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer, plus air conditioning and heating. The rooms are functional, with some citing them as small but including practical features like a mini-fridge, USB charging ports, and an AM/FM alarm clock. The lighting is limited to a main ceiling light, and the desk is narrow. Road-facing rooms can be noisier. For a quieter stay, requesting a room away from the street is advisable.

Breakfast is provided each morning for an additional charge of $20, featuring a selection that includes coffee, tea, juice, hot eggs, hot sausage, cereal, fruits, yogurt, bread, bagels, muffins, and more. There is no restaurant on the property for lunch or dinner, but several dining options are within a short walk, including a McDonald's across the street, and other local carryouts and pizzerias around 1 km away. The breakfast room can be busy and is supplied with vending machines for snacks and drinks.

The property does not feature a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. For leisure, the surrounding area provides dining and local shops, but recreational amenities are limited to what is available in the neighbourhood. The hotel's location provides easy access to Brooklyn's attractions and public transport for city exploration.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the building, a 24-hour front desk, ATM on site, express check-in/check-out, and complimentary luggage storage. Daily housekeeping is provided. Business facilities include a free business centre, free fax/photocopying, and meeting/banquet facilities for an additional charge. There is no laundry service. The property has a lift. The front desk can assist with early check-in from noon free of charge. Street parking is free but unsecured and limited; a shuttle or airport transfer is not available.
