VILLA GLAMOUR, Paris

Villa Glamour sits at the intersection of rue de la Pompe and avenue Georges Mandel, placing it in a safe, upscale neighbourhood with direct access to major landmarks. The Trocadéro esplanade and Eiffel Tower are about 10 minutes on foot, the Arc de Triomphe and Palais des Congrès within 2 km, and Parc des Princes and Roland Garros under 4 km. The metro station is around the corner (1-2 minutes), and Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 30-minute taxi ride (26 km). For business travellers, OECD and the 16th town hall are nearby. The area offers chic boutiques on rue de Passy, village-style cafes in Passy and Auteuil, and easy access to parks like Bois de Boulogne. Drivers should use the INDIGO public parking 450 m away, as the hotel has no private parking.

Each room is uniquely decorated in a chic Parisian style, with some featuring Napoleon III-era bathtubs, Himalayan slate showers, or rooftop attic layouts that feel like small independent apartments. Beds include Palace-quality King Size (180x200 cm) and Queen Size (160x200 cm) options, all with comforters and pillows. All rooms are soundproofed and have effective, quiet air conditioning - ideal during hot spells. Standard amenities include a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, free toiletries, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms facing the street are well insulated from noise, and ground-floor units overlooking the patio are available. Deluxe rooms exceed 25 m2 and are the only category that can accommodate an extra bed (€23) or cot. There are no mini-bars in the rooms; drinks and snacks are served at the reception or in the patio/lounge. Housekeeping is thorough, and the property is overall very clean.

Breakfast (€16 per person, must be ordered in advance) is a continental spread available from 7:30 to 10:30. It includes a choice of hot drinks, bread, day-fresh viennoiseries, fresh fruit, freshly pressed orange juice, yogurts, cheese, and dairy. It can be enjoyed in the communal lounge, at the patio, or brought to your room. The hotel bar operates at the reception, and staff will serve drinks in the patio, lounge, or your room - no minibar in the rooms. For those who prefer to eat out, the 16th arrondissement offers a wide variety of restaurants within a 3-12 minute walk: traditional French brasseries, Italian, seafood, gastronomic Asian, and Spanish options, as well as several cafes and bakeries within 500 m.

The hotel's wellness offering is centred on its intimate, cozy atmosphere. The small hidden courtyard and the lounge are ideal for unwinding with a drink after sightseeing. There are no spa, pool, or gym facilities. For leisure and outdoor activities, the 16th arrondissement provides easy access to numerous parks and gardens: Parc de Passy, Jardins de Bagatelle, and the vast Bois de Boulogne - all within walking distance or a short metro ride. Cultural sites such as the Musée Marmottan Monet, Palais de Tokyo, Fondation Louis Vuitton, and Musée Guimet are also nearby.
