HOTEL PIERRE NICOLE, Paris

Rooms are a decent size for central Paris - described as spacious enough for one person and well-suited for couples or solo travellers. All rooms have a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower, hairdryer, and daily towel changes. The hotel provides an iron and kettle on request at reception. The heating system uses electric radiators with motion-sensor regulation to conserve energy when the room is unoccupied. Some rooms have limited soundproofing, so light sleepers may prefer a room away from the street.

Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:30, with the option to request an earlier time at reception the night before. The buffet includes bread, pastries, hot drinks, and often hot items such as scrambled eggs - a good value at 10-12 EUR. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants, brasseries, and bakeries within a 0.5 km walk, providing plenty of convenient options for lunch and dinner.

While the hotel itself has no dedicated wellness or leisure facilities, the location provides easy access to the Luxembourg Gardens (within walking distance) and the Catacombs (five-minute walk). The quiet residential area is ideal for relaxed strolls, and the Latin Quarter is rich with cafés and cultural landmarks.
