The tram stop is a short walk away, making car-free city access easy. A bakery, supermarket, organic grocery and several casual restaurants (Resto Chut, La Brok'Cantine, Folk Kitchen) are within 500 m. The ice-skating rink is also within walking distance. Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is 10 km away.

Each unit has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, a seating area with a sofa bed, a dining table and a work desk. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, cookware and basic supplies (coffee, oil, salt, pepper). Floors are parquet, and rooms are soundproofed. Some apartments have an additional mezzanine or basement sleeping area with two single beds - this space has no window and is accessed by a steep, narrow spiral staircase, making it less suitable for guests with mobility issues, young children or anyone who dislikes enclosed spaces. The sofa bed in the living area is compact; some are reported as less comfortable. The garden-facing position keeps rooms quiet at night.

The kitchenette allows guests to prepare meals independently with a stovetop, oven, fridge and cookware. There is no extractor hood, so cooking may create smoke; the host suggests using the hob sparingly or opening the window. A bakery and an organic grocery are a few minutes' walk away for fresh bread and supplies. Several casual restaurants (Resto Chut, La Brok'Cantine, Folk Kitchen, O Maloya Cho) are within 300-500 m for those who prefer eating out.
