Each bedroom includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Room sizes vary, with some described as spacious and others as small double rooms where the bed is more suited for one adult. Rooms facing the courtyard are quieter, while those near the lift or entrance may pick up noise from the building's boiler cycles. The shared kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, coffee machine, and basic utensils, though some report limited supplies. The furniture is simple but functional, with good mattresses on some beds. The property has a lift, but it is compact - two people with bags may need to use it separately.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or fitness area on site. The shared lounge offers a comfortable space to unwind, socialise with other guests, or watch television. The location itself is ideal for walking tours of central Rome, with Villa Borghese's park and gardens just minutes away for leisure strolls or jogs. Guests seeking organised wellness facilities will need to use external services in the city centre.
