VERTEX SUITE, Rome

Vertex Suite sits in the real heart of Rome, within a 6-minute walk of Vittorio Emanuele Metro and just 4 minutes on foot from Roma Termini station. The Colosseum is 2 km away and Sapienza University is a 17-minute walk. For airport connections, Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km away and easily reached via Termini. The area is well served by public transport, with numerous restaurants, markets, and souvenir shops within a 5-minute radius. Rooms facing the inner courtyard offer a quieter retreat from street noise. The neighbourhood near Termini is lively and well-connected, though some streets can feel busier at night.

Rooms at Vertex Suite are non-smoking and include air conditioning, soundproof walls, a seating area, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, electric kettle, tumble dryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms offer a balcony with inner courtyard views, providing natural light and a quiet atmosphere. A private bathroom with a shower is standard. However, the property has been noted to show signs of wear: dated furnishings, reported bathroom cleanliness issues, and occasional maintenance problems such as poor water pressure or unstable hot water. Travellers prioritising budget over modern decor will find the rooms functional for short stays of 1-2 nights. For better rest, choose a courtyard-facing room and confirm the assigned unit matches the booked photos during check-in.

Vertex Suite does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast on-site. Each room includes a minibar/fridge and an electric kettle, allowing guests to prepare simple drinks and store snacks. The surrounding streets are filled with dining options: within 0.5 km you will find trattorias, pizzerias, and international cuisines. Popular nearby spots include Alfredo Ristorante, Acqua & Farina, and Santa Maria Osteria Romana. This location is ideal for travellers who prefer to explore local eateries rather than rely on a hotel restaurant. For early departures, stock up from nearby markets or late-night shops.

Vertex Suite does not feature a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. The property's inner courtyard garden offers a calm setting to relax after a day of sightseeing. Some rooms include balconies overlooking this courtyard, providing a private outdoor space. For full wellness facilities, guests will need to explore options elsewhere in the city. The garden is best suited for a short rest rather than extended leisure.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi (773 Mbps, suitable for 4K streaming and multiple devices), daily housekeeping (towel changes and bin collection), a lift serving upper floors, 24-hour security with key access and fire extinguishers, and free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Room service is available. The shared reception is managed by staff who may also handle a nearby property, so contacting them in advance for check-in directions is recommended. No parking is available. All rooms are non-smoking. The lift makes access easier for guests with luggage, though some have noted it can feel cramped during busy times.
