WELLVENICE CA D'ORO, Venice

The apartment sits in a lively yet surprisingly quiet area, a five-minute walk from the Ca' d'Oro water bus stop, making it easy to reach from the airport (via Piazzale Roma and line 1) and to explore the city's islands. Most landmarks - Basilica San Marco, Doge's Palace, La Fenice Theatre - are within a 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, gelaterias, and a Coop supermarket for basics. Despite the tourist bustle outside, the apartment itself remains quiet, aided by soundproof walls and a position slightly off the busiest streets.

The apartment includes one bedroom (with a comfortable double bed), a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker, allowing self-catering. Air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, parquet floors, and a flat-screen TV add comfort. The unit is on the first floor (one flight of stairs) and features a private entrance. A washing machine and free WiFi are included. City views from the windows enhance the stay, though there is no balcony. The space accommodates up to three beds (double + sofa bed) and has been described as spacious enough for a family of four with young children.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals, and a supply of coffee is provided. Breakfast options can be added to your booking - check availability when selecting your room. The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, patisseries, a gelateria (GROM is nearby), and a Coop supermarket for groceries, all within a few minutes' walk. This makes it convenient to enjoy a meal out or stock up for a picnic. The apartment itself has no bar or room service.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Express check-in/out and private check-in/out are offered, along with a free luggage storage facility - useful for early arrivals or late departures. The property provides key access and a private entrance. Family rooms and cots are available upon request. The apartment is non-smoking, and air conditioning and central heating ensure year-round comfort. There is no parking on site and no shuttle service. The host communicates clearly and provides detailed instructions, contributing to a smooth arrival process.
