WHITE HOME SUITE AND ROOMS, Rome

The building is on a quiet residential street lined with restaurants, bars, and cafés, providing a secure base with plenty of dining options steps away. The Ottaviano metro station (line A) is a 5-minute walk, giving direct connections to Termini station, the Spanish Steps, and the historic centre. The Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, and Piazza Navona are all within a 15-20 minute walk. For airport transfer, the metro connects to Roma Termini for Leonardo Express trains to Fiumicino Airport; bus and tram stops are also nearby. The Prati district is known for being safe and well-served by public transport, making a car unnecessary.

The suite includes a separate living room and a bedroom with one bed, plus a patio and a bathroom with both bath and shower. The double room options also feature soundproof walls, a private entrance, and some include a patio. All units are fitted with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The property is recently renovated, and rooms are described as spacious and clean. Only one room (room number 3) has a hot tub. The rooms include a small fridge, but lack kitchenware such as plates, glasses, or cutlery. Noise insulation between rooms is limited, so neighbours can be heard in adjacent units.

Within a 2-5 minute walk there is a wide range of dining options including Ai Balestrari in Prati, L'Archetto, Gerbillo Furioso, and Flower Burger Roma, as well as wine bars like Enoteca Vini Vizi e Virtu and Caffetteria dei Gracchi for coffee and light bites. The property does not have its own kitchen or dining facilities, so all meals must be sourced externally. The apartments only have a mini-fridge and a corkscrew; no plates, glasses, or cutlery are provided for self-catering. For guests arriving from the airport, the adjacent metro station makes it easy to pick up supplies from local shops and supermarkets before checking in.

For the room that features a hot tub (room number 3), the water temperature is often reported as lukewarm or cold, so the hot tub may not function as expected. No other leisure facilities such as a gym, pool, or spa are present. The main leisure advantage of the property is its location: the Vatican and the historic centre are within walking distance, and the metro provides quick access to the rest of Rome. The secure, quiet residential setting also makes it suitable for a relaxed evening after a day of sightseeing.

The online check-in system provides a contactless experience, but there is no physical staff on site for in-person assistance. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged for both pick-up and drop-off. Parking is not available at the property; nearest paid parking is on nearby streets. Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not automatically offered, and the host must be contacted to arrange access. Basic room services - towel changes, toiletries refills, trash removal - are not performed daily; the schedule should be confirmed with the host at arrival. Wi-Fi is free and works in all rooms and common areas. The property is fully non-smoking.
