Apartments are available as studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Each has a private bathroom (shower or bath), a separate kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and utensils, plus a washing machine. All units are non-smoking, soundproofed, and include heating, a seating/dining area, flat-screen TV (cable), wardrobe, and parquet flooring. Some apartments have a sofa bed in the living room, and one-bedroom units also offer a sofa bed. The property is older and furnishings are basic; a few apartments show signs of wear (peeling paint, worn furniture). There is no air conditioning - only portable fans - and the heating is limited, so winter stays can feel cool. Noise can be an issue in street-facing or ground-floor apartments, with sound from the restaurant below, the main entrance door, and late-night street activity. Upper-floor or courtyard-facing units are noticeably quieter. Light sleepers should request a room on a higher floor away from the street.

The apartments do not have an on-site restaurant or bar, but breakfast can be ordered for in-room dining. Each apartment has a full kitchen (stovetop, microwave, fridge, utensils) for self-catering, and a minimarket is on site for basic groceries. Within 0.5 km are several dining options - Malostranska Pivnice, Hergetova Cihelna, FRESH bistro, Bakeshop Little Bakery, and Restaurace U Dvou Srdci - offering a range of cuisines from traditional Czech to international. Marina Ristorante is 0.5 km away. The kitchen is practical for simple meals, but there is no dishwasher or coffee machine provided.
