The area is well supplied with shopping and dining: Anděl City and Zlatý Anděl shopping centres are very close, and the Nový Smíchov complex with two multiplex cinemas and multiple restaurants is a three-minute walk. A Lidl supermarket is in the same building. The hotel is on the 7th floor, so views from the rooms cover the city, but the exterior and lobby are dated. The location is better suited to travellers who value transport access and local services over a historic neighbourhood setting.

Rooms come in single, double, twin, and suite configurations. Each is equipped with a tea and coffee maker, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. The private bathrooms are newly renovated, with walk-in showers and heated floors. Some rooms open onto a balcony with city views. The suites include a seating area and carpeted floors. While furnishings are functional and the building's exterior appears basic, rooms are consistently described as spacious, bright, and very clean. Daily housekeeping is standard, with fresh towels and toiletries provided each day. Air conditioning is effective, but the unit can be audible when running. The hotel is accessible by lift.

Breakfast is provided at the Akcent Restaurace on the ground floor and includes breads, pastries, eggs, fruits, vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, mini-pancakes, juices, and a choice of coffee. The menu rotates little day-to-day, and the variety is best early in service. The restaurant also offers lunch menus and an à la carte dinner menu with local and international cuisine. The breakfast staff are friendly. For those wanting alternative meal options, there are multiple restaurants within a three-minute walk, including traditional Czech pubs and Asian eateries.
