The hotel is located on a relatively quiet soi off Sukhumvit Road, yet within walking distance of the vibrant Nana Plaza nightlife area. Nana BTS station is a 5-minute walk, providing direct links to Siam, Chit Lom, and other central districts. Benjakitti Park and the green mile to Lumphini Park are a block away, ideal for jogging or relaxing. Central World Plaza and Siam Paragon are 2 km via BTS. The surrounding area offers numerous street food stalls, massage shops, and convenience stores, including a 7-Eleven just 2 minutes away. Free public parking is available at a nearby location but requires a reservation.

Room types range from standard twin/double rooms to larger suites with separate living areas and kitchenettes. All rooms feature air conditioning, a seating area, wardrobe, safe, electric kettle, and private bathroom with shower (some with bathtub). City views are standard. Some rooms have been recently updated with new beds and linens. No rooms have a balcony. Connecting rooms are available on request. Note that the air conditioning is controlled by the room key card, so the room will not cool when you are out. The property is older and basic in style but rooms are generally clean and functional.

Breakfast is a simple buffet or set meal typically including eggs, toast, fresh fruit, and coffee. The on-site Sip Bar & Restaurant is only open for breakfast; there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner. A coffee shop is available during the day for drinks and light snacks. For evening meals, numerous restaurants are within walking distance, including Indian, Italian, and Thai options. The surrounding area is rich with street food.

The rooftop pool is a highlight, set among plants and providing a relaxing space with sun loungers and pool towels. Despite being listed as two pools, there is a single pool on the rooftop. The pool bar is no longer operational. An on-site massage shop offers traditional Thai massages at additional cost, convenient for unwinding after a day of exploring. There is no spa, gym, or other wellness facilities.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and generally reliable. Housekeeping is provided daily at no extra charge. Luggage storage is free, useful for early arrivals or late departures. The 24-hour front desk can assist with ordering food delivery and other requests. Safety deposit boxes are available in rooms. The hotel has a lift. No pets allowed.
