The nearest metro station, MRT Samyod, is about a 20-minute walk away - taxis and tuk-tuks are the more practical option for reaching major attractions. A 7-Eleven is a short walk up the street, and several local restaurants and bars are within 5-10 minutes on foot. The surrounding area has a very local character, with street life that includes evening gatherings in front of the hotel. The location works best for travellers who plan to use taxis or tuk-tuks for most trips, though Khao San Road attractions are accessible on foot for those comfortable with a longer walk.

Family rooms (1 king + 2 single beds) interconnect and are suitable for two adults with up to three children. Triple, twin, double, suite and pool-view double rooms are also available. All room types include free toiletries, bathrobes, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a wardrobe, a safety deposit box and an electric kettle. Windows seal poorly in some rooms, so road-facing units can be loud. The internal pool-facing rooms are quieter, but street-noise is a persistent factor given the local area. Rooms are generally clean but some fixtures (air conditioning units, showers, wallpaper) show wear and may not match the online photos. The hotel provides daily bottled water.
