WS GRANDS BOULEVARDS - OPERA, Paris

The property sits in a vibrant, safe neighbourhood in the 9th arrondissement, an excellent base for sightseeing. Opéra Garnier and the Louvre are within 1-2 km on foot, Sacré-Coeur is a pleasant uphill walk, and La Cigale concert hall is nearby. Pigalle Metro Station provides direct access to the rest of the city. Several excellent restaurants, cafés, and a Carrefour supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. Paris Orly Airport is 18 km away; Gare du Nord offers Eurostar and regional trains. The area is well served by metro and bus, making car-free exploration easy. The elevator can be unreliable; be prepared to use stairs from time to time.

Room types include studios with one double bed and two-bedroom apartments sleeping up to four. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The kitchenette is fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and a coffee machine - suitable for simple meals. The internal space is very limited, especially around the beds and in the kitchen area; some rooms have only one main window or no window in the living/sleeping area. Noise insulation between rooms is minimal. Flooring can creak. Some units have a folding bed set-up, and wardrobes are basic with a few hangers. Heating is provided, but there is no air conditioning (only a fan in summer). Beds are described as comfortable by some, but mattress firmness varies. Rooms are best for short stays.

The property does not operate a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. The fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, microwave, coffee machine) allows guests to prepare their own meals. A supermarket (Carrefour) and multiple restaurants - including Les Pates Vivantes, Caramel Sarrasin, and Bab El Oued - are within a 3-minute walk, offering a wide range of cuisines for those who prefer to eat out.
