The hotel is positioned between two major stations - Kinshicho and Oshiage - making it easy to reach Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Asakusa without transfers. Tokyo Skytree is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away, and Sensoji Temple is accessible within about 25-30 minutes on foot. The area is quiet at night but well served by convenience stores (a 7-Eleven opposite the hotel), supermarkets, and a large shopping mall (Olinas Kinshicho, 300 m). Haneda Airport is approximately 20 km away; Narita Airport can be reached via the Narita Skyaccess train to Oshiage Station.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, soundproofing, a washing machine (with drying function), and a kitchenette (induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle). Twin and quadruple configurations are available, with some quadruple rooms featuring a balcony with city views. Private bathroom rooms on floors 2-4 include a tub and shower, while shared-bathroom rooms on floors 5-6 have access to a communal kitchen. Room sizes are typical for Tokyo economy accommodation: approximately 8m2 for twin rooms, which can feel tight with luggage. The 4-person rooms on floors 2-4 offer slightly more space. Some rooms have low ceilings, and windows may face the road or the interior. Each bunk bed has its own curtain for privacy and individual lighting.

The area is excellent for eating out, with at least eight restaurants within a 5-minute walk: Shitamachi Teppan Monjaman, Sushi Hirayama, Menya Ryu, Yakitori Daikichi Yotsumedori, and Veggie House, among others. A 7-Eleven convenience store is directly across the street, offering basic groceries and snacks. The nearest major shopping complex, Olinas Kinshicho (300 m), includes a food court and a supermarket. Breakfast is not served at the property.

There is no spa, fitness centre, or pool on the property. The residential neighbourhood is quiet and has a local park nearby (Sumida General Park is a 10-minute walk), which hosts a flea market on Sundays. Tokyo Skytree (15-20 min walk) offers observation decks, shopping, and dining. The Sumida River and its picturesque bridges are also within a short walking distance.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The lift provides access to all floors (including the rooftop terrace). A shared washing machine is located on the rooftop - note that there is no dryer and the machine is exposed to the weather.
