The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and public buses run on nearby streets for easy access to downtown and the malecón. The immediate street can be very quiet and poorly lit at night, and the property lacks a visible hotel sign, so arriving in darkness may be confusing. Free private parking is available on site and is secured by a wall and gate.

The units range from studios to suites with up to two bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom with a shower (no bathtubs). All come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a well-fitted kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware. Beds are generally firm and comfortable. While the apartments are spacious, the condition of furnishings and fixtures varies: some units have stained or worn sofas, moldy shower curtains, and minimal dishware. The safe in some rooms does not function. Road-facing rooms on lower floors may experience noise, and some balconies overlook unkempt areas. The entrance gate system can be inconvenient - a padlock key is used for the main gate, and the adjacent pedestrian door is often broken, requiring use of the vehicle entrance.

All units include a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware and utensils, making self-catering straightforward. The surrounding Versailles neighborhood provides abundant dining options within a 5-15 minute walk, including Mexican, Greek, and seafood restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. For groceries, a Costco and other supermarkets are a short walk or drive away. The property staff can advise on local shops and markets for sourcing ingredients, including for a detox plan.

The centerpiece of the property is a heated outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end, surrounded by a garden and sun terrace with loungers. A hot tub is available free of charge. The pool area can be lively in the evenings, but the overall atmosphere is oriented toward relaxation and quiet. Some pool tiles have been reported as loose, and the water clarity occasionally suffers. There is no gym or spa on site, but the neighborhood offers public parks, cafes, and easy access to the beach for walking and ocean swimming.

Wi-Fi is free in public areas but coverage inside rooms can be unreliable; a newer system has been installed to improve connectivity. Free private parking is available on site behind a gated entrance, and street parking is also an option. The hotel offers a tour desk, car hire, private check-in/out, and full-day security. Laundry service is available for an additional charge. Accessibility features include raised toilets, grab rails, and wheelchair access, but the property has steps and cobblestones that may limit movement for wheelchair users.
