Each unit features a private bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kitchenware), air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a minibar. The interiors are described as modern, clean, and spacious. A key characteristic is the absence of windows in all units, which can feel dark and lacking in natural ventilation. Road-facing rooms may experience noise from truck deliveries and early-morning aircraft, while the internal layout means noise from neighbouring units can carry. Bedding is generally reported as comfortable, though some sofabeds are less supportive.

A small café located in the same warehouse complex serves breakfast and a selection of Mexican dishes. It is a practical option for a quick meal before checkout or after arrival.
