BISHOP ARTS HOTEL, Dallas

The property is situated on a quiet side street off N. Bishop Avenue, putting the neighborhood's best dining and nightlife just outside the door. Within 0.5 km you will find options ranging from 303 Bar & Grill and Gloria's Latin Cuisine to Oddfellows and Stock & Barrel. Dallas Love Field Airport is 12 km away, and downtown Dallas is accessible via a free streetcar from the district. The area is very walkable and feels safe both day and night. For car-free travel, the streetcar and bus line 47 provide easy connections to the city center. Free public parking is available on nearby streets, but spaces can be tight.

Units range from studios to a two-bedroom suite sleeping up to 5, all featuring parquet floors, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower or bathtub. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and cookware, making self-catering straightforward. Some units have a washing machine and tumble dryer. The decor is modern but minimal, and the furniture can feel worn-couches may have stains, and some surfaces show damage. Street-facing rooms are exposed to noise from the neighborhood, while units on upper floors are quieter. The ground-floor studio has a large window onto the street with a curtain but lacks privacy. Some rooms have massage chairs and balconies.

This is a self-check-in property with no front desk or on-site staff. Communication is via messaging through the booking platform or email, and response times can be slow. Wi-Fi is available but many units report it as unreliable or non-functional, making it unsuitable for work or streaming. Free public parking is available nearby, though assigned spaces are only for certain units. The property has 24-hour security cameras and smoke alarms. Luggage storage is not available. The building has no elevator.
