Within a 4-minute walk of Nippori Station, providing JR lines and metro connections to Ueno, Ginza, and Haneda Airport.

Nippori Station is under 5 minutes on foot, giving direct JR train access across Tokyo and a direct Airport Limousine bus to Haneda. The quiet residential area includes a Family Mart, a supermarket (Aeon), and several restaurants open late, including Sushiro and Charcoal Grill Skewers and Chicken Restaurant Denzo within a 5-minute walk. The entrance can be hard to spot - look closely for the building entrance as there is no prominent sign.

Dining

No on-site restaurant or breakfast, but numerous dining options are within a 5-minute walk.

The property does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service. However, the area is well served by casual eateries open late, including Senfuji, Wagaya no Shokudo, Bazoku, Charcoal Grill Skewers and Chicken Restaurant Denzo, and a Sushiro branch - all within a short walk. A Family Mart is two doors away for snacks and drinks, and a supermarket (Aeon) is nearby. The in-room cooking facilities allow for simple meal preparation.

Leisure

No wellness or leisure facilities on site; the surrounding area offers parks and cultural sites.

The property does not include a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure amenities. For outdoor relaxation, Nippori South Park is a 3-minute walk, and the Calligraphy Museum (400 metres) and Tenno-ji Temple Gojuno Tower Remains (600 metres) provide nearby cultural visits.
