The immediate area is busy and lively, with numerous restaurants, cafés and shops within a short stroll. For those arriving by train, the apartments are particularly convenient for quick luggage drop-off. Drivers should note the property has no on-site parking; public car parks are available on Ronda Atocha and Paseo del Prado.

The accommodation consists of private, self-contained apartments with chic, bright furniture, hardwood floors and large windows. Each apartment includes a private bathroom (some with a bathtub, others with a walk-in shower), complimentary toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, coffee machine and washing machine.
