The hostel sits in the heart of Little India, part of Singapore's City Centre. Three MRT stations - Little India (North East Line), Jalan Besar (Downtown Line), and Rochor (Downtown Line) - are 5 to 8 minutes away on foot. A bus stop at Jalan Besar Station Exit A is a 5-minute walk. Mustafa Centre (24-hour) and City Square Mall are 8-12 minutes away. The area offers Indian vegetarian, halal eateries, and Tekka Market hawker centre. Cultural districts Bugis and Kampong Glam are walkable. Changi Airport is 40 minutes by MRT or 20-30 minutes by taxi. The area feels less polished at night, and street noise can be noticeable in rooms facing the road.

All rooms feature windows with natural light and are fully air-conditioned. Dormitories have 4 to 16 beds; family rooms (6, 8, 14, 16 beds) include a private bathroom with hot shower, shampoo, and body soap. Shared bathrooms are available for other room types. Each bunk offers fresh bedding, a power socket, and a locker that fits cabin-size luggage (SGD10 deposit for key and towel). Beds are comfortable but may feel firm; top bunks can be very cold due to AC placement. The exit sign creates constant light, and the keypad door can be noisy. The no-shoes policy keeps floors clean, but shared bathrooms are often wet and can smell musty. Rooms are budget-oriented - practical for short stays but less suited for light sleepers or those wanting modern comfort.

The hostel does not provide breakfast or operate a restaurant. Pantry facilities include a microwave, hot water dispenser, and cutleries for basic meal preparation. The lively Little India neighbourhood offers numerous dining options within a short walk - Indian vegetarian, halal, and Chinese eateries, plus Tekka Market hawker centre. For those who prefer convenience, the 24-hour Mustafa Centre is 8-12 minutes away with a wide food selection. Note that no edible items are provided in the pantry.

The hostel offers free walking tours led by a partner company, allowing you to explore the city with a local guide. Exclusive complimentary Sentosa attractions are included, and discounted tickets for other attractions can be arranged at reception. Bike tours and cultural tours are also available for an additional charge. There is no swimming pool, spa, or gym on-site. The small lobby area serves as the main communal space.
