Major landmarks such as the Asian Civilisations Museum and Victoria Theatre are within 750 m, while Marina Bay Sands and Merlion Park are about 15-20 minutes on foot. Changi Airport is 20 km away, reachable by MRT or taxi. For Formula 1 racegoers, the circuit is a 20-30 minute walk. A DIY laundromat, several 7-Elevens, and Clarke Quay Central shopping centre are directly opposite. A variety of dining options including Song Fa Bak Kut Teh and JUMBO Seafood are within a 5-10 minute walk.
