A CASA DI PIERO, Rome

The apartment sits in a quiet residential pocket with excellent public transport links. Cornelia metro station (line A) is a 5-minute walk, providing direct access to the Vatican in a few minutes and the historic centre in about 20 minutes. A bus stop is just 2 minutes away. Supermarkets (Pam Local at 200 m, Carrefour Express nearby) and several restaurants are within a short walk. The area feels safe and peaceful, making it practical for both sightseeing travellers and those preferring a calm base after exploring the city.

The recently renovated apartment includes a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee facilities. A washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, and a dedicated work desk cater to longer stays. The space is spotlessly clean and features air conditioning, heating, and garden views. The outdoor private garden with furniture adds a pleasant space for relaxing. The caretaker owner provides attentive service and small welcome touches.

Guests can prepare meals using the kitchenette's stove, microwave, and cookware, with a dining table indoors and outdoor garden furniture. For those who prefer to eat out, the owner recommends well-regarded neighbourhood restaurants just around the corner. A small café and bar are also nearby, and two supermarkets (200-300 m) make grocery shopping convenient. The immediate area offers a good variety of local dining without needing to travel into the centre.
