HOTEL CARON LE MARAIS, Paris

The hotel sits on a quiet side street off Rue Saint-Antoine, just 2 minutes from Saint-Paul metro station (line 1). Major landmarks like Notre Dame Cathedral (15 min walk), the Picasso Museum (8 min), and Place de la Bastille are all reachable on foot. The surrounding neighbourhood is packed with boutiques, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants, including a leafy square with several dining terraces just around the corner. Charles de Gaulle Airport is about 1 hour away via RER B and metro line 1.

Rooms are available on floors 1 to 6, served by a lift. Each room features soundproofing, heating, a work desk, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer - some with shower curtain enclosures. Free minibars are restocked daily with soft drinks and snacks. A kettle can be requested from the front desk; tea and coffee are available free of charge all day in the breakfast room. The comfortable beds and quiet upper-floor rooms make for a good night's sleep, though rooms facing the street may experience noise from a nearby bar. No rooms have a balcony, but windows open for fresh air. Housekeeping is provided daily. Baby cots are available on request.

Breakfast is a continental buffet offering bread, pastries, yogurt, cereal, and hot drinks. A kid-friendly buffet and special diet menus can be arranged on request. Room service breakfast is also possible. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the Marais neighbourhood is filled with excellent bistros and brasseries within a short walk - including Le Bistrot de la Place, Les Bougresses, and L'Ardoise 86, all 0.5 km away. Complimentary coffee and tea can be enjoyed in the breakfast room all day.
