HAMPTON INN KISSIMMEE NORTH, Kissimmee

The hotel is located off main road US-441, placing guests 2 km from Gatorland and 13 km from Florida Mall and SeaWorld Orlando. Orlando International Airport is 19 km away, with a typical driving time of about 25 minutes. The immediate area offers a range of dining options within walking distance - a breakfast café next to the parking lot, fast food across the road, and a Starbucks, pizza place, ramen restaurant, and supermarket all within a 10-minute stroll. The Loop shopping area is also nearby, providing retail and grocery options. Free private parking is available on site, making car travel straightforward for accessing theme parks, the airport, and local attractions. For those without a car, the walkability to shops and eateries is high, but public transit to Disney or other parks is not directly served from the hotel.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (with a continuously running ventilation system), heating, a tea and coffee maker, hairdryer, free toiletries, TV with cable channels, ironing facilities, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Desk and chair are provided, though the desk height may not suit all home-office setups; many prefer working from the armchair with a small table. The barn-style bathroom door doubles as a full-length mirror. Bathrooms offer generous counter space but the shower has variable water pressure and the temperature can be inconsistent. Sliding shower doors sometimes leave a gap; placing a towel on the floor helps manage water spillage. Upper-floor rooms away from the main road are noted for being quiet, with limited noise from neighbours or traffic. Key-card access and an in-room safe are provided.

The free breakfast includes a rotating selection of hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and omelettes, plus make-your-own waffles, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit salad, oatmeal, juice, and hot drinks served from a coffee station available all day. The breakfast room is spacious and kept very clean, with friendly staff restocking throughout the morning. The breakfast is included in the room rate. For alternative meals, the hotel has a small pantry next to reception selling wine, crisps, and snacks, and a coffee house on site. The surrounding area offers numerous sit-down restaurants within walking distance, including a breakfast café next to the parking lot, a ramen place, pizza restaurant, American food, and fast food across the road. No bar is on site.

Parking is free and private on site, but a reservation is needed. The hotel offers express check-in/out and a 24-hour front desk. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. Daily housekeeping is included, and laundry services are available for an additional charge. A business centre with fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities (additional charge) serves working visitors. An electric vehicle charging station is on site. Accessibility features include wheelchair-accessible facilities, lift access, and key-card entry. Pets are accepted. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and public areas. A safety deposit box, CCTV, smoke alarms, and key-card access provide security. The coffee shop in the lobby sells snacks and drinks, and a minimarket is also on site for essentials.
