The hotel sits on a lively street with a bus stop right outside and a tram stop around the corner. Keplerplatz metro (line U1) connects to the city centre in under 10 minutes. Vienna Central Station is a 15-minute walk or 2 tram stops away. Belvedere Palace is within a 20-minute stroll. The area offers shops, restaurants, and supermarkets (Aldi is nearby). Although the immediate neighbourhood is multicultural and well-served by public transport, some side streets feel less busy at night.

The property combines a historic building with a stylish new wing. Rooms in the new building (deluxe and junior suites) are quieter and benefit from reliable air conditioning and soundproofing; some have private terraces. Older rooms may lack air conditioning and can be affected by street noise, especially those facing the main road. Family rooms feature a double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to four people. Triple rooms with three single beds are also available. Bathrooms are private and come with a hairdryer; some are compact while family rooms offer more spacious bathrooms with a bathtub. Decor is practical and clean, with parquet flooring and essential amenities.

The breakfast buffet offers breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, and boiled eggs. Gluten-free bread is available on request. Coffee and tea are included, and there is a commercial coffee machine. The selection is consistent day to day with no cooked options beyond boiled eggs. Special diet menus can be accommodated with advance notice. For evening drinks, the bar/lounge serves wine and champagne (payable extra).
