The hotel is positioned in the Ørestad district, a 10-minute walk from the Bella Center and only 100 metres from Field's shopping centre - a large mall with a supermarket, restaurants and shops. The metro station is 5-10 minutes away on foot, with trains every 10 minutes to the city centre and the central station reachable in 7 minutes. Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) is 5 km away via a direct 6-minute train ride. The area is quiet and safe, with easy highway access for drivers. A taxi from the airport costs 170-250 DKK depending on traffic. Parking is available on site for 175 DKK per day but cannot be reserved in advance.

Rooms are designed to maximise a small footprint, similar in size to a ship cabin - functional for one person but very tight for two. The bathroom is a compact wet room with a shower over the toilet, and the shower control is located at the sink. Some rooms include bunk beds (top bunk accessible via a ladder) or twin beds that can be moved apart. The rooms have a window that can be opened (no air conditioning), a kettle for hot drinks, and a small work desk. The single room has one single bed; double rooms may have two single beds or a double bed with a top bunk. The top bunk lacks a guard rail in some rooms. The bathrooms are private and always include a shower, toilet and sink; soap, shampoo and towels are provided. Hairdryers are available at reception and there is no charge to borrow one.

Breakfast is available for 99 DKK per person (price confirmed at reception) and is served from 05:30 to 10:00 on weekdays, 06:30 to 10:30 on weekends and public holidays. The buffet is a continental-style selection with bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, juice and coffee/tea. Hot food options are limited - no bacon or sausages - and the selection can be basic. There is no restaurant or room service on site. The café/snack bar at reception sells drinks, snacks and pre-packaged items 24/7. For a more varied meal, the Field's shopping centre next door has restaurants, fast food and a supermarket within a 2-minute walk.

The fitness room is accessible for an extra fee and contains a reasonable range of equipment, but is not cleaned frequently. There is no spa, swimming pool or sauna. The hotel has a shared lounge/TV area on site and a small outdoor picnic space with tables - useful for relaxing or coffee breaks. A golf course (within 3 km) can be used for an additional charge.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas, but connection quality can be inconsistent, especially during peak times. The 24-hour reception can assist with check-in, booking requests and borrowing items like hairdryers. Luggage storage (paid - approximately 40-60 DKK per item) is available for early arrivals or after checkout, with lockers in a dedicated room. Laundry costs 30 DKK per load; dry cleaning and ironing are also available for a fee. The hotel has a lift, board games/puzzles for children, and a business centre with fax/photocopying and meeting/banquet facilities (additional charge). Parking is private on site (indoor and outdoor), costs 175 DKK per day, and cannot be reserved in advance. Payment is via machines in the parking area or at reception.
