The space is air-conditioned and includes a flat-screen TV, but the layout is compact; the kitchen is very small with tiny ovens and no dining table - only two chairs placed awkwardly. The bedroom window overlooks the inner courtyard, which is in poor condition with waste bins and no possibility of opening the blinds for ventilation due to constant activity nearby. The building suffers from dampness, moisture odours, and visible water leaks from the ceiling. The apartment feels basic rather than cosy, and the entire unit is smaller than photographs suggest. The subway runs directly under the building, causing a rumble that can persist from early morning until past midnight. The host provides instructions via WhatsApp but does not offer in-person assistance.

Wi-Fi is available in all areas free of charge, but network stability is inconsistent - the connection often drops, and mobile phone signal is absent in the room, making internet-dependent tasks challenging.
