Sharaf DG metro station (Green Line) is a 10-15 minute walk (about 800 metres), providing direct access to Deira, Burjuman, and connections to the Red Line for the Dubai Mall and other attractions. The Al Ghubaiba metro and bus station is slightly closer. Numerous bus stops are directly outside, making it easy to reach other parts of the city without a car. The hotel is within a 10-20 minute walk of Meena Bazaar, the Grand Mosque, the textile souq, Bastakiya, the Dubai Museum, and the Dubai Creek (abra water taxis). The Dubai World Trade Centre is about 5 km away, a short taxi ride. The neighbourhood is very crowded and noisy, with constant traffic and honking, and the area is not what many visitors expect of 'central' Dubai. The location is practical for budget-conscious travellers who prioritise metro access and proximity to old Dubai's attractions over a quiet, polished environment.

All rooms are air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen satellite TV, a private bathroom (with bath and shower), free toiletries, a tea and coffee maker, an electric kettle, a safe deposit box, and a wardrobe. Some rooms are quite compact, while others are spacious, especially the family and interconnecting rooms. The twin and triple rooms offer flexible bedding (e.g., three single beds).
