AGREABLE CHAMBRE D'HOTE A 50M DE LA MER, Cannes

The property sits on a quiet street in Cannes La Bocca, a short two-minute walk from Midi Beach - ideal for beachgoers who want to avoid the crowds of central Cannes. The train station is a 10-15 minute walk, making day trips to Nice, Antibes, and Monaco easy without a car. Buses and trams also connect to the city centre and Palais des Festivals (about 10 minutes by car or 20-25 minutes by public transport). For drivers, free street parking is available along the seafront, though spaces can fill in peak season. Several restaurants, a bakery, and a pizza place are within a 5-minute walk, and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is a 40-minute drive or train ride away.

The accommodation consists of privately let rooms within the host's apartment. Each double room has air conditioning, a tea/coffee maker, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms feature a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer; others have a private shower and sink only, with the toilet in a shared bathroom shared with the host. All rooms are carpeted and include heating, an electric kettle, and free toiletries. A shared kitchen is available for guest use, equipped with a dining area, washing machine, and dryer. The patio offers a small outdoor space. While rooms are clean and well-maintained, the homestay setup means shared living areas with the host; travellers valuing complete privacy or needing full ensuite facilities may prefer dedicated hotel rooms.

This property focuses on practical beach access rather than on-site leisure facilities. Midi Beach is a two-minute walk - pebble and sand with clear water - ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or a morning run. For activities, a cooking class (supplement applies) and a golf course within 3 km provide options. The host offers beach towels for guest use, making a spontaneous swim easy.

Breakfast is not guaranteed; check your booking to see if it's available. However, the property's shared kitchen - with electric kettle, dining area, and basic cookware - lets guests prepare simple meals. Several bakeries and a pizza place are within a 300-metre walk, ideal for breakfast croissants or a quick dinner. Restaurants such as Marsa Plage and Le Cafe Bleu offer Mediterranean and Indian options in the same short radius. For a fuller selection, Cannes centre's restaurants are a 10-minute bus or tram ride away.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. A lift serves upper floors. The shared kitchen includes an electric kettle, dining area, washing machine, and dryer - useful for longer stays or light laundry. The patio offers a secure outdoor space. Safety features include smoke alarms and key access. Services are limited: no room cleaning, no luggage storage, and no airport shuttle - plan to arrive by train, bus, or taxi. The host is on-site and can provide local recommendations, but front desk services are not available 24/7.
