AINB EIXAMPLE-MIRO APARTMENTS, Barcelona

Eixample district, a 10-minute walk from Plaza España, 5 minutes from Entença and Tarragona metro stations, and 600 metres from Sants AVE train station.

The apartments vary in configuration and condition. While some units feature modern decor, natural light, and parquet flooring, others may show wear such as worn furniture, loose wiring, or basic fixtures. Noise from internal corridors and neighboring apartments is common, so light sleepers should plan accordingly. The kitchens are equipped with cookware, a coffee machine, microwave, hob, and oven, but utensil quantity can be basic. Bathrooms have a shower, with some units reporting poor drainage or a shower screen rather than a full enclosure. The unit can accommodate up to 4-6 people across two bedrooms plus a sofa bed. Overall, the experience is best for short stays where location and equipment outweigh interior condition.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and basic cookware, making meal preparation convenient for families or groups. There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service. For those who prefer eating out, numerous bars, restaurants, and shops are within a 5-minute walk, and a supermarket is a short stroll away, providing all essentials for self-catering.
