The apartment sits on a lively square in Trastevere, a neighbourhood known for its authentic Roman character. Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere is a two-minute walk away, with the Roman Forum 2 km, and the Pantheon and Piazza Navona within easy walking distance. Rome Ciampino Airport is 23 km away. The property's location score is 9.6, reflecting its centrality and convenience for sightseeing on foot. The square hosts a morning market and becomes a gathering spot for children and teenagers in the afternoon and evening, creating a vibrant atmosphere. A tram stop outside provides easy access to the city centre without a car.

Al 25 Trastevere offers two apartment types: a one-bedroom unit (1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) with a shower, free toiletries, a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, microwave), parquet floors, a seating area with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, air conditioning, soundproof walls, and a tea and coffee maker, sleeping two guests. The two-bedroom apartment adds a second bedroom, a second bathroom, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and ironing facilities, sleeping three. Both units are well-equipped and maintained, with attention to cleanliness and detail. The apartments are on the upper floors of a building with no lift; light sleepers should be aware of potential noise from the lively square below.

The property focuses on comfortable, well-located accommodation in the heart of Trastevere, with no on-site pool, spa, or gym. The living area in each apartment serves as a flexible space for relaxation, and the streaming service on the smart TV provides in-room entertainment. For leisure activities, guests can step directly into Trastevere's lively streets with markets, piazzas, and a rich local culture.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. All apartments are air-conditioned and heated, with soundproof walls and non-smoking throughout. Family rooms are available, and cots can be provided (please request in advance). Fire extinguishers are installed for safety. The host communicates quickly and clearly via messaging, and has been noted to allow earlier check-in when the apartment is ready. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving before the standard check-in time of 16:00. No parking is available on site, so guests travelling by car should plan to use a nearby public garage.
