ALBERGO SALERNO, Milan

The hotel sits on a busy main road approximately 600 m from Milan Central Station. Lima Metro Station (red line) is 200 m away, connecting to the Duomo in just 4 stops. Corso Buenos Aires, a major shopping street, is a 3-minute walk. The walk to the Duomo square takes about 35-40 minutes on foot. Several restaurants, pizzerias, and a supermarket are within a 5-minute radius, and a children's playground is nearby. The area has bus and tram stops, providing easy car-free access across Milan. Some street-facing rooms experience traffic noise, and the neighbourhood is lively.

Rooms are basic, somewhat dated, and compact, with some being very small. All come with a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries, air conditioning, heating, a work desk, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a safety deposit box. Windows in roadside rooms let in street noise, and some rooms have limited natural light. There is no minibar, kettle, or coffee/tea-making facilities in the rooms. Cots are available for infants. The property has no lift. The hotel offers family rooms. Ground-floor rooms may have access to the garden.
