Alce33 sits on a peaceful street in central Cancún, a 14-minute walk from Cancun Government Palace and 700 metres from Cancun Culture Center. The ADO bus station is 1 km away, and a bus stop 500 m from the property provides direct R1/R2 buses to the hotel zone ferry pier and beaches. The area is safe and walkable, with Walmart, Chedraui supermarket, Mercado 28, and numerous restaurants and bars within 500 m to 1 km. A taxi to the airport costs around 400 MXN, or you can take a bus from the ADO station.

Rooms at Alce33 are clean and spacious, with a modern feel - some rooms feature a private terrace or balcony with garden, pool or city views. The standout room feature is a pool view, with all rooms including a kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, oven) or access to a shared kitchen. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well, and select rooms include a minibar and tea/coffee maker. Soundproofing between rooms is limited; noise can travel from neighbouring units and the water system. Rooms facing the inner courtyard tend to be quieter than those facing the street. A daily housekeeping service is available but not automatic - request at reception.

Breakfast is an American-style meal charged at 150 MXN per person. There is no full restaurant or bar on the property, so lunch and dinner require heading out. The immediate area is well served by local eateries: Route 666 Bikers Bar, Leche de Tigre, Las Frias, Otaku Ramen Cancun and Chapultepec Brewery are all 0.5 km away. A large Walmart supermarket is a 10-minute walk, ideal for self-catering using the kitchenette or shared kitchen.

The outdoor swimming pool is open every day from 09:00 to 22:00, with a shallow end, pool/beach towels provided, and a quiet setting in the garden. The terrace and garden offer outdoor furniture for relaxing. The pool is clean and well-maintained, though water temperature can be on the cool side. There is no spa, gym or other leisure facilities on site.

The property offers free WiFi in all areas, free on-site private parking (limited to 2 spaces - reserve in advance), and a 24-hour front desk with express check-in/out. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside, a security alarm and key access. A shared kitchen is available for guest use, along with a room service. No pets are allowed, and the whole property is non-smoking except for a designated smoking area. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out.
