The hotel sits directly across from Plaza Las Américas, Cancún's largest shopping mall, providing a wide array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment within a short walk. Public transport stops are half a block away, connecting to the hotel zone and city center. Cancún International Airport is 16 km (about 20 minutes by car), but the free shuttle does not cover the airport. Playa del Carmen is less than an hour's drive south. The area is convenient for both business and leisure, with easy access to major roads and nearby attractions such as Xcaret and Tulum (excursions can be arranged at reception).

Guest rooms feature air conditioning (though some units are older and can be noisy), a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with shower. Each room includes tea and coffee making facilities, a work desk, and free toiletries. Room sizes are compact, suitable for short stays or as a base for exploring. Some rooms may show signs of wear, including humidity or mold issues, and the air conditioning condensation can cause damp floors. Light sleepers may want to request a room away from the road or with a quieter AC unit. Pillows and mattresses vary; some are firmer. Daily housekeeping is provided free of charge. Note that there are no refrigerators in the rooms.

The complimentary breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and a selection of cold cuts and cheese. Hot dishes are not available. The breakfast area is compact, and refills are prompt. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy free coffee, water, and ice from machines in the lobby.
