The nearest tram stop is just 200 metres away, providing direct routes to Wenceslas Square and all major sights. The area feels less touristy and has a working-class character; it is adjacent to a busy road with tram and train lines, so road-facing rooms experience noticeable noise. Several restaurants, a McDonald's and a gas station are within a short walk, while the city's historic core is a pleasant 20-30 minute stroll for active travellers.

All rooms feature light wooden furniture, carpeted floors, a seating area, desk, safe deposit box and a refrigerator. Bedrooms are appointed with either a single or double bed (1.40 m wide in some rooms); bed firmness is a point of attention - some find the mattresses very hard. The private bathrooms are compact, equipped with a shower (hand-held in some units), hairdryer and free toiletries. There is no air conditioning, making summer stays warm; opening the window introduces street noise from trams and trains. Rooms facing the courtyard are significantly quieter. An overhead shower head in some rooms may not work, and there are no balconies. Daily housekeeping is standard and includes towel changes.

The buffet breakfast runs from 07:00 to 10:00 and includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, toast, instant coffee from a machine, and a limited hot selection. It is described as simple and sufficient but not varied - no fresh fruit or hot dishes were noted. The dining area can feel cramped during peak times. No restaurant or bar is available on the premises, only a vending machine for drinks and snacks by reception. The surrounding area offers several restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km, including Czech (Koliba U Pastyrky), Italian (Bacco Vinoteka), Chinese (Jiu Zhou) and vegetarian options (Radost), making it easy to find alternatives for evening meals.

The 24-hour reception staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, often assisting with directions, restaurant tips and luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Free luggage storage is available in a locked room. Daily housekeeping is standard and includes room cleaning and towel changes upon request. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas, though signal strength in rooms near reception can be weak and intermittent. Private parking costs €8 per day (no reservation needed) and is supervised, but parking spaces are in an open, non-secured lot next to the building. A trouser press and laundry service are available on request. The property has no lift. Key card access and CCTV are provided for security.
