ALFONSO XII CENTER, Seville

The apartment's position in the real centre of Seville earns a top location rating, placing the Fine Arts Museum just steps from the door, Triana Bridge a 12-minute walk, and Seville Cathedral reachable within 14 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is filled with cafés, supermarkets (including Aldi), and smaller shops open until midnight. For car travel, several public parking options are available nearby. The area is very walkable, making it easy to explore the city without relying on transport, though during major events like Semana Santa, moving around by car can be more complicated.

The apartment is air-conditioned and heated throughout, featuring a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware. Additional amenities include a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and complimentary fruit. The unit has three beds. Despite its central city location, the apartment is noted for being very quiet, with comfortable beds and a practical layout. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is spacious enough for four but feels tighter for five, so the setup works best for groups of up to four people.

For active leisure, guests can take advantage of bike tours arranged by the property or explore the surroundings by bicycle rental (additional charge). The area also offers kayaking and canoeing. For those interested in culture, temporary art galleries and live music performances are available off-site, adding to the range of possible activities.

Reception services include invoice provision, private check-in/check-out, and a tour desk for booking excursions. Security features include CCTV in common areas and outside, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and key access, making the apartment secure for families. Transport options also include bicycle rental for an additional charge. The host is highly attentive and provides personalised touches such as welcome notes and stocked essentials.
